Background
The Protecting Florida Native Habitat Chair has reviewed this legislation and has raised some questions as to what the intent of the types of lands defined suitable for surplusing and potential uses of surplused lands means ("cooperative ventures and market disposition" and "multiple or single purposes" and other potentially dangerous phrases).
