 General Florida Solar Incentive Program; creates said program; provides definitions; establishes Solar Energy Development Fund & Photovoltaic Incentive Program; provides rebates for installation of solar energy systems on commercial & residential buildings; provides eligibility requirements; directs Fla. Public Service Commission to adopt rules; provides funds for certification of certain equipment. Creates 377.707. EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2006.
