Annual Bike Ride to Starkey Park

This 20 mile round-trip bike ride will take us north along the Suncoast Parkway bike trail and into Starkey Wilderness Park. Our destination will be the picnic area in the park where we will have lunch. After lunch we will hike down to the nearby river and stretch our legs before heading back. We will learn how Starkey Park became a part of our region’s water supply system and it’s acquistion history. Bring water, lunch, snacks and bug spray.
