TIPS:  SAVE MONEY AND PLASTIC

1. Save $ and plastic in bath and shower soaps. The soft soaps and bath and shower gels are watered down, expensive and use up many plastic containers. Buy your favorite bars of soap in quantity, unwrap them and store them in your linens or clothing drawers while you use up the soap you have. When needed, get a bar that has been hardened from being out of the wrapper. It will suds up like mad and last a long,long time. You save $ and plastic. Use baby oil that you add perfume or scent to for body lotion. When your skin is still damp slather it on. Save $ and plastic.
2. Stop buying plastic containers and bags. Wash out your jars and their lids as you empty them. Then use them to store food in the refrigerator and to freeze foods in,(loosen the cap while it freezes, then tighten it). Thaw the food and heat it in the microwave in the jar
