Jan. 21st, Thur. – Artic Adventures - hear about Rudy Scheffer’s recent trip to the Artic and view his FABULOUS slides. Come to Moccasin Lake Park in Clearwater off of Drew St. and Hwy. 19. Meeting starts at 7:00 and visitors are welcome. Call Joyce at 526-5065.


Feb. 27th, Sat – Sweetwater Organic Farm 2 tour including composting, worm casting, seeding, greenhouse, planting, weeding & chickens, harvesting, water treatment & then salad-making-lunch!! We’ll meet & carpool so please RSVP by contacting Mary at 551-0307


March 20th, Sat. - Fort DeSoto Beach cleanup and picnic will be held at Shelter #3. Join us on the first day of spring to keep our jewel of a beach beautiful and have fun in this serene setting with other environmentalists. Contact Mary for more info 551-0307


April – We will table at many of the Earth Day events. Call to volunteer. Joyce 526-5065.

Date to be announced – Come to our Wine and Cheese Fundraiser to be held at Lucy’s home in Palm Harbor. Enjoy delicious treats and hear a noted speaker on the environment. Details to follow later or call Joyce at 526-5065.
