
PHOTO CONTEST RULES
The Suncoast Sierra Club is running a photo contest. The selected photos will be produced into a calendar which will be available for sale. The following are the rules and regulations for the contest.
- Up to six photos may be submitted.
- The photos are to be submitted digitally to lucytom47@gmail.com
- The subject line of the e-mail submission must read: "Suncoast Sierra Club Photo Contest 2009 entry."
- The photos submitted must have been taken in Florida.
- Each photo must be marked with a description of the photo, location, and date when taken.
- Each photographer must sign a Sierra Club Content Submission Form. Photo release
- A Sierra Club Photo & Video Release Form must be signed if necessary.
- All photos must be digital, landscape in orientation, and of sufficient resolution to be printed clearly on an 11 x 8.5” page.
- The photo release can be signed, scanned and e-mailed or mailed.
- Deadline for photo submission is October 31, 2009.
- Selection and notification of winners will be around November 15.
- Winners will receive a copy of the calendar
