Following is a list of links and letter submission options for Florida newspapers with circulation over 100,000, in alphabetical order. If your local paper is not listed here, go to their web site and look for the letters or opinion section for instructions.

Daytona Beach News-Journal. Must submit full name for publication, home address and daytime phone number. Address and phone number will not be published.

Florida Times-Union. "Letters should be signed, except e-mail. Please include a full name, home address, occupation and daytime phone number, for verification purposes. The name, city of residence and, usually, occupation of writers are published." Full policy.

Miami Herald. "Letters must bear the writer's name, full address, and daytime phone number." Full policy.

Orlando Sentinel. "To be considered for publication, your letter should be brief and to the point and must include your name, address and daytime and evening telephone numbers." Full policy.

Palm Beach Post. "The Palm Beach Post welcomes letters about issues of current interest and material that has appeared in the newspaper. All letters are subject to editing and must include the writer's name, address and daytime telephone number. Envelopes without a return address will be discarded. Recommended length is a maximum of 250 words." Full policy.

Sarasota Herald-Tribune. No published policy.

South Florida Sun-Sentinel. "Letters must be signed (pseudonyms and initials will not be used) and are subject to editing for clarity and length. You must include your email address. An address and daytime phone number are also required for verification." Full policy.

St. Petersburg Times. Include name, address, phone number. Full policy.

Tampa Tribune. Letters "should be original and not exceed 150 words. We may occasionally print a longer letter, but all letters are subject to editing for length and clarity. Letters should include the writer's name, street address and daytime phone number." Full policy.
