The Northeast Florida Group of the Sierra Club represents Duval, St Johns and northeastern Clay counties. The Sierra Club is a national grassroots conservation organization founded in 1892 by John Muir. Our activities are organized by local group (that's us!), state chapter, and national levels.

Our mission is to explore, enjoy, and protect the wild places of the earth; to practice and promote the responsible use of the earth's ecosystems and resources; and to educate and enlist humanity to protect and restore the quality of the natural and human-made environments.
