Another hidden gem! We’ll meet at 8AM and be on the trail by 8:15 to hike a 3.3 mile loop (moderate difficulty) through the grounds of an historic club, now a beautiful natural getaway complete with sea views, hills, lush woods and the opportunity to walk portions of the grounds of an former exclusive golf course now being reclaimed by Nature.
The Clubhouse also has very interesting exhibits detailing 5000 years of local history.
Bring water, snack, bug spray, sun protection. No Pets. No Fees.

Directions:
NEAR: Jacksonville
From 9A/I-295 take Heckscher Drive 9.4 miles east to Ft. George Road. Turn left on Ft. George Road. At 0.5 mile, the road splits; stay right toward the Ribault Clubhouse. Continue another 1.4 miles until you reach the Ribault Club. Park by the little cottage on the left side of the road across from clubhouse.
