Meeting
Ponte Vedra Beach Monthly Program - Hiking the John Muir Trail

When:

Mar 5, 2012
6:00 p.m.

Details:

The John Muir Trail (JMT), in the Sierra Nevada mountain range of California, runs for 211 miles from Yosemite Valley to the summit of Mount Whitney. Named for naturalist and Sierra Club founder John Muir, the trail is considered by many - and certainly by those who have hiked it - to be the most beautiful hiking trail we have in the U.S. Our Sierran Bill Armstrong will present the trail to you through the spectacular photographs he and his hiking buddies took on their hike in August of 2011. Come and enjoy a hike along the amazing John Muir Trail!
