Outing
Pre-Solstice Fire on Atlantic Beach

When:

Dec 17, 2011
Saturday at 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Details:

Join us for an afternoon campfire on Atlantic Beach and watch the sunset on one of the shortest days of the year. Bring food to roast, musical instruments, and warm clothing as needed.

The fire will be on the beach near the 19th street access.  There are no restrooms nearby. Please bring a contribution towards the $25 fire permit.

Although this is a family outing, adults may want to linger after sunset at Culhane's Irish Pub on Atlantic Blvd for an Irish coffee, Guinness, or hot chocolate to take the chill off a winter's day. We’ll meet at Culhane’s at 5:30 p.m. for those who want to linger.
