Outing
Hiking along the Suwannee on the Florida Trail

When:

Feb 7, 2009
Saturday 9:00 am

Details:

Get outside and enjoy a seven-mile hike through the beautiful Florida woods, past Big Shoals, Robinson Branch Falls, Bell Springs, and Little Shoals - all along the famous Suwannee River. We will drive together to White Springs (Gar Pond parking lot).  There will be a shuttle service to the trailhead and we will hike approximately 7 miles back to our cars.  Bring comfortable shoes, water, and pack a lunch if you like.

This is a fundraiser for the Florida Trail Association, so a donation of $15 is requested (cash or check).

RSVP REQUIRED via our Meetup web site www.meetup.com/Sierra-Club-Northeast-Florida-Group or with Outing Leader Bill Armstrong at armsfam@yahoo.com
