A day trip to San Felasco Hammock Preserve State Park and Devils Millhopper Sinkhole

When:

Jan 17, 2009
10:30 a.m. until...?

Details:

Now at 7,000 acres, the San Felasco Hammock Preserve State Park stands as one of the finest examples of the "climax mesic hammocks remaining in Florida". We'll take an easy hike through the park in the January Florida sunshine.
We may also visit nearby Devils Millhopper State Park, climb down into the 120 foot sinkhole and experience what it's like to be in a rainforest.
An RSVP is needed for this trip. Carpools are possible and will be arranged depending on people's location.
