Meeting Faith, fossil fuels and our future
When:
Oct 27, 2008
7 p.m.
Details:
Energy is at the core of the most pressing issues that confront people and governments all over the world - global security, human rights, the environment, health, and the economy. Faith communities have a unique opportunity to take the lead in promoting sustainable, clean, socially responsible, and economically viable solutions because of our history of social action and our religious commitments to compassion, peace, and justice.
Come to our meeting and join the discussion! Coffee and snacks will be served.
