The Florida Chapter of the Sierra Club presents awards in November. All Florida Sierrians are invited to submit nominations. Your nominee need not be a member of your own Group.

You MUST completely detail his or her qualifications. Do not assume that that the Awards Committee has ANY information about the merits of your nominee.

Please note that ALL of the information requested below must be provided along with your typed or legibly written nomination narrative. Incomplete nominations will be returned for more information and must be resubmitted before the deadline to be considered.
