Communications Team

The Communications Team has been formed to handle the communications needs of Florida Sierra and help improve communications between new leadership and members. Communications media include but are not limited to: newsletter, web-site, e-mail, and hardcopy.

The members of the team are:

Betsy Grass, webmaster
Steve Tryon, webmaster
Gabriel Kamener, web future development
Rudy Scheffer is the Steering Committee liaison.

The Communications Team publishes the Pelican - newsletter of Sierra Club Florida, maintains the website, and puts out alerts to the Group leadership. Ron Haines is our expert on electronic newsletters and listservs. Betsy Grass is current webmaster (webmaster@florida.sierraclub.org, and can provide assistance for local Sierra Club Group websites

Local Sierra Club Group Activists are welcome to provide stories for the Pelican. We do not take advertisements. For information about submissions for the Pelican, see your local Group Chair or email Ron.Haines@florida.sierraclub.org.
